Fast service but products are inconsistent..... ordered cold brew coffee and it was light and watered down. I have had it at other locations and it has been much better
Yet another Dunkin. Good staff
My husband went in there this morning and walked in on the manager, (Amy?) Yelling at an employee saying, "When I tell you to do something you just do it." He could see her perspiring from frustation. He then ordered our 2 ice coffees and said he would also like a breakfast sandwich. As soon as he ordered the sandwich she audibly huffed a large sigh as if it was a huge bother. My husband declared he would get his food and coffee elsewhere. He went down the road to the sunoco Dunkin where they were efficient, accurate, and polite. He has been saying he would not go to this Bridge St Dunkin for a while now due to lack of accuracy and too much attitude but this was the last time for him.
Pleasant familiar surprise away from much of the New England hustle.
Stopped in for a quick bite while passing through the area with a co-worker, and they totally got our order wrong. They replied it part way through but made the wrong sandwich again. At that point, we couldn't wait any longer and ended up eating the sandwiches, even though they were wrong.
