Fantastic experience with this place. Excellent selection of beautiful birds. My family is so excited. We purchased a coop and a large run this spring. It was delivered on time and very professionally I might add. The coop is very well made. I'm so pleased with how it came out and how solid it is. Our chicks were delivered with our coop and they are simply adorable! My kids love them already and we are having the best time watching them grow. This is a small business and should be regarded as such. The owners were attentive and friendly all throughout my numerous phone calls with questions or changes. I would go so far as to say they bent over backwards to help us with our new chicken adventure. I would highly recommend them.
We drove 3 hours to Clark Farm to get our pullets. We ordered four online and added two more when we were there. The chicks were in good conditions although they looked a little bit younger than we thought. But overall, it was good. Melissa and Brandon were very nice. We will do it again.
I picked up my little ladies last night. The experience with Clark farms was very good. Melissa needed to reschedule our pick up time and accommodated last minute. We drove up and she and her husband were waiting with the girls plus a couple extra! She gently pointed out each one and reccomended we keep them on medicated feed which is no problem. A smaller scale chicken business is very unpredictable and while we didn't receive one of the breeds we wanted we have all the others plus some bonuses. I am very happy to have these folks as a resource and I will be back. Thanks to Clark farm.
Bought 6 hens 2 weeks of age, all assorted. I was confused walking up to the driveway to a house when I was expecting a farm. Lady was nice, she had set aside what I pre ordered, prices are very high. If these were certified breeds and were not average run then I understand the cost. I won't go back simply because of price. Overall not a bad experience just I found better pricing and recommend Flaming Farms instead. They do have a great selection I will give them that.
I have bought chicks from this farm two times and they have been great. I have had any health problems or sexing problems. I have always got exactly what I wanted. Yes, there a little steep in price, but if I am getting what I want I am fine with that. Yes, it is a house and they do not sell supplies, but they tell you to have all that stuff when you go pick up chicks. I will be buying from them again.
