On Wednesday, November 1st, I called for a pick-up of my Cub Cadet Tractor. The idler pulley had broken. On Thursday, the 2nd, Mike picked up the mower. I fully expected that the tractor/mower would be out of service for at least a week or more. On Friday, November 3rd, Jim called me at 10am indicating that my mower was ready.. Really!! Less than 24 hours. That is incredibly outstanding service. And the price was fair and reasonable. One other thing, even though the mower was ready on Friday, I was not ready. I didn't expect it so fast. Jim arranged to deliver it on Tuesday November 7th. On Tuesday, when Mike was removing the tractor from his trailer, we noticed that the right front tire was flat. Mike apologized and took the tractor back to the shop and repaired the tire. Two hours later the tractor was back at my home. This was my first experience dealing with Hall's. My former dealer, Gargano's went out of business. I wish I knew about Hall's before. I will be a customer for as long as my Cub Cadet keeps running. And I fully expect Hall's will be able to keep it running forever. Thank you to everyone at Hall's.

Dennis was extremely helpful. My husband and I were treated with the upmost respect and professionalism and he went above and beyond our expectations. I can't say enough in words regarding a customer and business relationship. We will be customers for life. We just bought our home and needed a lot of equipment for our home. We were able to get everything we needed and the best equipment for our yard in addition to a generator for our home as well. My husband is so pleased with everything we purchased. Don't waste your time and money at Home Depot or Lowe's. Go to Hall's Power Equipment in Haddam CT. The ride was well worth our time.
